🔐 Signing In
How do I log in? ▾
Enter the mobile number you gave us when signing up, then tap Sign In. No password needed — just your number and you're in.
My phone number isn't working ▾
Make sure you're entering the exact number linked to your account — just the digits, no spaces or dashes (e.g. 6478287864). If it still doesn't work, give us a shout on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
📋 My Plan
Where can I see my plan details? ▾
Tap the My Plan tab. You'll see your plan name, subscription type, number of meals, renewal date, and current status all in one place.
How do I renew my subscription? ▾
Get in touch with us on WhatsApp before your renewal date and we'll get it all sorted for you. You'll see your renewal date on the My Plan tab.
✋ Requests
How do I replace my tiffin? ▾
Go to the Request tab and tap Replace My Tiffin. Pick the date you'd like to replace and choose your replacement meal from the options. Same-day replacements must be requested before 2:00 PM. For any future date there's no deadline.
How do I skip a delivery? ▾
Go to the Request tab and tap Skip a Delivery. Select the date you'd like to skip and add a reason if you like. We'll note it on your account.
How do I pause my subscription? ▾
Go to the Request tab and tap Pause Subscription. Enter your pause start and end dates and we'll confirm everything with you directly.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
Go to the Request tab and tap Cancel Subscription. Let us know your reason and we'll process it. We'll be sorry to see you go — but we hope to welcome you back!
🍽️ Food Preferences
How do I update my food preferences? ▾
Tap the Preferences tab. You can set your diet type (e.g. Vegetarian, Vegan, Jain), spice level, any allergies, and pick your favourite sabzis and daals from our chip selectors. Hit Save Preferences when done.
When will my preferences take effect? ▾
We aim to update your tiffin within 1–2 business days of receiving your preferences. If you have an urgent dietary requirement, please also message us on WhatsApp so we can act immediately.
🛒 Snacks
How do I order extra snacks? ▾
Tap the Snacks tab. Use the + and − buttons to choose your items and quantities. A 10% subscriber discount is applied automatically. Tap Submit Order when ready.
What is the snack order cutoff time? ▾
Snack orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for same-day delivery with your tiffin.
📅 Weekly Menu
Where can I see this week's menu? ▾
Tap the Menu tab to see what's being cooked Monday to Saturday this week. On Sundays the app automatically shows you next week's menu so you can plan ahead.

How do I contact Royal Ruby? ▾
You can reach us on WhatsApp — it's the fastest way to get a response. For non-urgent queries you can also find us via our Google listing.
Is the food cooked fresh? ▾
Absolutely! Every dish is handmade fresh in our commercial kitchen by certified food handlers, following British food safety standards. No shortcuts, no waste — just honest home-style cooking.
Can I browse plans without an account? ▾
Yes! On the sign-in screen tap Browse Plans as Guest to explore our tiffin options and pricing. When you're ready to sign up, fill in the enquiry form and we'll be in touch.
